Thumbelina Newsome, affectionately known as PT (Pastor Thumb), passionately fulfills her divine calling by serving God and His people. Once a widow and now remarried, she is a devoted mother of three who embodies resilience and grace in both her personal and professional life. She serves as Pastor of Transformed Generation Church and is a dynamic entrepreneur, owning Joy Cometh In The Morning LLC, a Social Adult Day Care Center. Thumbelina is also a published author, Member of the Senior Advisory Board for the Salvation Army, motivational speaker, notary public, mentor, visionary, life coach, and trailblazer dedicated to empowering others.
Her academic achievements include a certification in Business from Lincoln Tech Institute and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College. Committed to lifelong learning and growth, she has recently returned to college to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, equipping her to better serve her congregation and community with wisdom and spiritual insight.
Known for her charisma and captivating presence, Thumbelina leaves an unforgettable impact on everyone she encounters. Her light reflects God’s grace, and her unwavering faith is evident in all she does.
